Easyprep is a custom front- and back-of-house inventory and item prep management platform providing granular tracking, adjustments, and worksheets across multiple franchise locations. Simultaneously, the agency completely modernized and migrated their legacy logistics infrastructure to a brand-new, high-performance Distribution Hub, ensuring faster, seamless, and modernized supply chain operations throughout Ontario.

Challenge

Managing complex multi-location restaurant logistics and inventory tracking with legacy, fragmented systems that lacked speed, modern user experience, and real-time synchronization across Ontario storefronts.
