App Development Company in Mississauga

DevDec

DevDec is a Mississauga AI engineering and app development company founded in 2012 by Junal Rahman. Hiring an app development company here means one studio at 6 Come by Chance Mews, not a rotating cast of freelancers. The studio is at 6 Come by Chance Mews, Mississauga, ON L5N 1J8, and can be reached at (647) 895-3832. Strategy, design, and engineering run as one cycle. The mobile-only pages describe the stack. This page describes how an engagement with the company actually runs.

Teams also come from Brampton, Oakville, and Vaughan. Those pages describe the work in each city. The only studio is in Mississauga.

How a Mississauga engagement runs

The first meeting is at the studio when the client can travel. Remote work follows. The scope does not change because someone was not in the room for the decision.

  • A working session, not a pitch

We leave with the user, the job the product has to do, and a written list of what is out of scope. A proposal that skips that list is how a three-month app becomes a nine-month argument.

  • Design and engineering in the same cycle

The studio does not hand a Figma file to a separate build team. Interface decisions are checked against the data and the release, then changed while the people who made them are still on the project.

  • The app and the admin it needs

iOS and Android are rarely the whole product. Orders, content, staff roles, and support need a web surface. We name that surface in the first scope instead of discovering it after launch.

  • A release you can run, then a new quote

The engagement ends with a version the business can operate. The next version is a new scope. If an existing AI-built app is simply stuck, that is Rescue, not a new company engagement.

What the company takes on

This is the company offer. Technology names, and the test tools that go with them, stay on the services page and the Mississauga mobile page so they are not repeated as a second brochure.

  • One studio for the product

The people who scope the work are in Mississauga and stay on it through release. You are not introduced to a delivery centre after the contract is signed.

  • iOS, Android, and web

Cross-platform and native mobile, plus the web platform beside it. Published examples include ImmiTrack, MyHealth+, and Go Rent Me.

  • AI only when the product needs it

OCR, a model, or an agent is added where it removes a real task. It is not a default layer. SleepGofer and Wellsnap are products where that bar was met. Many apps do not need it.

  • A different door for a stuck build

DevDec Rescue is a fixed price for an app that already exists and is blocked on auth, data, deploy, or payments. It is not how a new Mississauga product starts.

Shipped products

Apps designed and built by the Mississauga studio. The mobile landing pages use a different set, so this list is not a copy of those pages.

  • ImmiTrack

A Canada immigration app with application tracking, a countdown, expert answers, and custom news.

  • MyHealth+

Cloud storage for health records, with vaccination and appointment reminders, for people moving to a new country.

  • Total Wealth Tracker

A product that turns net worth, stocks, and real estate into monthly targets against a financial goal.

  • Go Rent Me

A no-fee rental app that connects tenants and landlords with property search and management tools.

Questions about the company

Is DevDec an app development company in Mississauga, or a remote shop with a local address?

The company was founded in Mississauga in 2012 and the studio is at 6 Come by Chance Mews, Mississauga, ON L5N 1J8. Clients meet there. The team also works with people elsewhere in Ontario and Canada, but the office is not a mail drop.

How is this different from the mobile app developer page?

The mobile page is about iOS and Android and the stack. This page is about hiring the company: who is in the room, how scope is held, and the web admin that usually belongs in the same release.

Do you only build new apps?

No. Custom software covers internal platforms and legacy replacements. Rescue covers a fixed-price repair of an AI-built app. A new product starts here or on the MVP page if the company is a startup shipping a first release.

How long has the studio been doing this?

Since 2012. That is 14 years. The homepage also notes more than 200 clients and a team of more than 15 people.
